PREVENTION OF EMOTIONАL BURNOUT SYNDROME IN ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEES
Аbstrаct. This article examines the pressing issue of emotional burnout in modern organizations. The problem of emotional burnout among specialists in various professional fields is becoming particularly acute at this stage of societal development due to various factors, including the generally stressful nature of modern life. Research into the prevention of emotional burnout in enterprise employees remains relevant for a number of reasons related to current socioeconomic conditions, changes in the labor market, and the consequences for organizations and society as a whole. Recommendations for the prevention of emotional burnout can be integrated into HR management systems to reduce the risk of burnout, increase employee loyalty, and improve enterprise economic efficiency. An experimental study is described that identifies the characteristics of the emotional state of enterprise employees before and after testing a prevention program.
