FACTORS OF RESILIENT BEHAVIOR IN MODERN STUDENTS DURING THE STAGE OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract. The article investigates the resilience of students as a systemic personality trait that ensures adaptation to the stressful conditions of the modern educational environment. Through an interdisciplinary analysis of works by domestic and foreign authors, the structure of resilience is revealed, encompassing components of commitment, control, and challenge acceptance. Key factors influencing its formation are examined: personal (self-efficacy, optimism), social (support from the environment), cognitive (thinking flexibility, reflection), and cultural-educational factors. The role of integrating internal resources with external conditions in developing students’ adaptive potential is emphasized.
