INCREASING THE LEVEL OF PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF TEACHERS OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS BY MEANS OF PSYCHOSYNTHESIS

Abstract. The article examines the psychological well-being of teachers. The key components and factors contributing to its development are highlighted, as well as the main methods of its maintenance. The main psychotherapeutic method for increasing the level of psychological well-being is psychosynthesis. This approach focuses on the internal self-regulation of the individual and involves a comprehensive study of the teacher. This paper examines the personality structure with which a psychologist will interact, as well as determines the levels of mental development that affect psychological well-being. The article focuses on the stages that a teacher must go through in the process of self-improvement. Practical tools are also offered to help a psychologist improve the psychological well-being of teachers.
