PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE VALUE ORIENTATIONS OF FOREIGN STUDENTS STUDYING AT RUSSIAN UNIVERSITIES
Abstract. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the characteristics of values among Russian and foreign students who study at Russian universities. A large number of Russian and foreign graduate students study in the modern higher education system. In order to create a psychologically comfortable atmosphere conducive to the effective adaptation of graduate students to the conditions of a new ethnically diverse educational environment, it is necessary to take into account the presence of value orientations and psychological personality traits of Russian and foreign students formed in different cultural environments. The article presents methods and results of a study of the value characteristics of the personality of Russian and foreign students, which allow them to reveal their abilities.
