CONFLICT SITUATIONS IN THE ADOLESCENT ENVIRONMENT AS A PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM OF MODERN SOCIETY

Abstract. This article provides a detailed overview of the conflict situation with an emphasis on its role in upbringing and education, especially in adolescence. The main idea of the article is that a conflict situation, despite its negative connotation, has educational potential and can contribute to the personal and social growth of adolescents if handled correctly. In the context of modern scientific research, the author focuses on a comparative analysis of approaches to determining the essence of a conflict situation presented by various scientific schools and trends. Also, special attention is paid to adolescence, which is characterized by emotional instability and the desire to establish themselves in adulthood. The author analyzes how the ongoing physiological and psychological changes affect the behavior of adolescents and can lead to various conflict situations, both intrapersonal and interpersonal.
