PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF AN INDIVIDUALS MOTIVATION TO CHOICE PROFESSIONALLY ORIENTED TRAINING
Abstract. The article examines the conditions and factors influencing the formation of an individual's motivation to choose professionally oriented education, and identifies the psychological characteristics of the formation of a teenager's personality and his motivation to choose professionally oriented education. An experimental study aimed at motivating adolescents to choose professionally oriented training is described.
